FSN-2型軟膠囊粉碎回收機(jī)是我公司自行設(shè)計(jì)制造的國(guó)內(nèi)型的機(jī)種。機(jī)器采用公司自行設(shè)計(jì)的型切削粉碎技術(shù)對(duì)膠囊或網(wǎng)膠進(jìn)行粉碎，并采用切削一體的離心式分離機(jī)，結(jié)構(gòu)為緊湊。具有粉碎快、回收率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。此機(jī)是針對(duì)膠囊生產(chǎn)中對(duì)篩選出來(lái)的膠囊扁丸、廢丸中所含的藥液提取回收而用;本機(jī)還可以對(duì)網(wǎng)膠進(jìn)行粉碎回收。本機(jī)依據(jù)GMP衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范要求，機(jī)器工作過(guò)程中實(shí)行內(nèi)外隔離，有效地防止藥液污染的問(wèn)題。整機(jī)符合GMP衛(wèi)生要求，是新一代膠囊生產(chǎn)配套設(shè)備。DGN-3型多功能膠囊粉碎回收機(jī)-粉碎后的碎料從機(jī)器的上出料口自動(dòng)出料，藥液從機(jī)器下出液口自行流出，整個(gè)工作過(guò)程一次完成，避免了帶菌交叉感染，確保藥液潔凈度，增加了藥液的利用率。
